Received from LaRae in March of 2008
"I am retired and have been for many years. My husband, Roger, passed away in 2000. I have two children - a son, Paul, and a daughter, Sandra. Paul has two daughters and Sandy has two sons. No great grandchildren as yet! Thank goodness, as my oldest grandchild is just 20 years old.
My hobbies at this stage of life include ballroom dancing, knitting, playing cards (mainly pinochle) and traveling. I went to the Caribbean in 2002 for the first time, where I experienced my first clothing optional beach. I had lunch in a restaurant with naked people sitting around me. It was hard to keep your mind on the food! Took my first cruise in 2005 to the Mexican Riviera. What a great time.
I usually travel to the Hawaiian Islands about every two years. I am going to Kauai this year in May and next year I plan to go to Honolulu and the big island, Hawaii, in February."
